Siem Reap to Phnom Kulen

Phnom Kulen is a national park. The Angkor Pass is not valid, and the $20 ticket is cash at the checkpoint. The road up the mountain is one-way: traffic climbs in the morning and a cutoff is enforced late in the morning, then traffic comes down. A tuk-tuk does not make the climb. Waterfall flow is best from the late wet season into December.
